Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• Five years healthcare experience relating to physician compensation.
• Experience with CMS RVU production and compensation surveys.
• Strong Excel/Access and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafts physician contracts based on specialty and business model.
• Monitors and renews physician contracts before expiration to maintain relationships.
• Prepares annual compensation survey submissions and analyzes results.
• Validates quality metrics and bonus criteria; updates compensation formulas.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and documentation of pay plans.
