Gainwell Technologies in Jackson, MS is seeking an Onsite Provider Enrollment - Team Lead to oversee enrollment activities, answer provider questions, and coach agents to meet SLAs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of customer service; hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday. Salary range is $40,900–$58,400 per year. Gainwell is an Equal Opportunity Employer with strong benefits.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to lead and coach agents.
• Experience collaborating with internal departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Onsite work in Jackson, MS.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to provider questions and forward inquiries.
• Research inquiries and respond promptly to parties.
• Provide continuous coaching and cross-training to agents.
• Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Process requests and document results of inquiries.
• Distribute work assignments and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as escalation point and inform management of unresolved issues.
• Perform data entry and provider enrollment processing.
• Create and distribute client reports as needed.
• Review and improve procedures for efficient processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
