Job summary

• Enter, verify, and maintain provider data across multiple systems.
• Communicate with providers via email, written correspondence, and phone.
• Locate and authenticate background documentation in enrollment files.
• Research and interpret complex correspondence and request additional info.
• Process and validate updates to provider records.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance in a high-volume environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
