Job summary

Headlight, located in Colorado, is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage enrollment and provider records for our health plan partners. In this role, you will ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations while maintaining the integrity of provider data.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration or provider enrollment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. We offer a remote work schedule and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience in provider enrollment, provider data management, credentialing support, or healthcare administration.
• Working knowledge of provider identifiers and enrollment data elements.

Responsibilities

• Process provider and facility enrollments across commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid lines.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of enrollment submissions.
• Support provider onboarding activities by coordinating required documents.
