Semi-monthly salary: The current rate for this position is $1,629.51. Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay). Annual Salary: $39,108.16

You will regularly handle non‑routine inquiries and requests from providers, internal partners, and external agencies, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. This position also offers flexibility to work from home after training.
What you’ll do:
Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Attention to detail is essential. Clear, accurate, written and verbal communication is important, along with a desire to provide excellent customer service. Experience with eMMIS, Microsoft Office, and data entry a bonus. Must be able to work in a team setting with positivity and a professional demeanor.
