Job summary

AltaPointe Health Systems is seeking an Enrollment/ Credentialing Administrator to manage the provider enrollment and re-enrollment process across all payer plans. The role coordinates with billing, HR, and providers to gather required documents, ensures timely CAQH enrollment, and maintains accurate enrollment matrices.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in enrollment/credentialing, strong MS Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in enrollment, credentialing, or billing.
• Associate’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete enrollment applications for new providers quickly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date re-enrollment information with payers.
• Submit re-enrollment applications timely to keep providers active.
• Collaborate with billing to resolve enrollment denial issues.
• Coordinate with HR and providers to obtain required documents and NPI numbers.
• Enroll providers in CAQH and provide re-attestations.
• Generate monthly credentialing reports and track provider status.
• Communicate enrollment status with management, providers, and departments.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities and committees.
