Behavior Frontiers in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to support end-to-end provider credentialing with contracted health plans. This full-time, in-person role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems.

You will process applications, maintain provider files, update CAQH profiles, track statuses, and collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Onboarding, Compliance, and Hiring Managers to ensure timely submissions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not necessary.
• At least one year of Credentialing/Data Entry Experience.
• Experience with insurance networks, healthcare credentialing, or ABA providers preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-system navigation in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in self-managing time and priorities.
• Exceptional communication over phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for ABA providers with contracted health plans.
• Process and track initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications across multiple networks.
• Maintain provider credentialing files including licenses and certifications.
• Update CAQH profiles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor statuses and follow up to meet deadlines and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Onboarding, Compliance, and Hiring Managers.
