Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist to educate IHCS Home Health Network providers and those contracted with health plans we serve.

The role requires 2 years in provider relations or healthcare delivery, plus strong MS Office skills and knowledge of managed care concepts and insurance claims processes. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

What will you be doing:

The Provider Engagement Specialist is responsible for educating and informing IHCS Home Health Network providers and providers that are contracted directly with health plans that we serve.

What will you need to succeed:

• - 2-year Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems experience.
• - Proficient in MS Office -Excel, Word, Power Point.
• - Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
• - Current working knowledge of the insurance industry claims process, and its practices.
