Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to verify credentials and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

You will verify provider qualifications, work with credentialing software and MS Office, and ensure processes align with NCQA and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of NCQA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.
• Knowledge in Excel.
• 2 years: credentialing or office experience, with strong experience in PSV.

What will you be doing:

The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for verifying credentials and qualifications of health care providers to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of credentialing processes, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

What will you come with:

• 1-2 years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
