Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist (Sourcing Specialist) to be the first contact for mental health providers exploring partnerships. You will generate interest, qualify candidates, and convert prospects into collaborators while managing a fast-paced outreach pipeline.

The role is full-time and in-office in Mountlake Terrace, WA, with a compensation range of $60,000–$70,000 plus benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent recruiting/sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-directed, proactive attitude and ability to handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and other technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source providers across multiple platforms and build a robust pipeline.
• Assess potential providers for business partnership suitability.
• Collaborate with department peers to identify recruiting needs and set goals.
• Make a high volume of outreach calls to prospects.
• Develop new lead sources and optimize conversions.
