Qualifications

• For Assignment Level II and above: a doctorate with supervisory/administrative or research experience; or a master's with three years of full-time research experience; or education/experience equivalent to (1) or (2).
• At least a master's degree and two years of experience if using equivalencies; two years as City Research Scientist Level I can be substituted for the experience described in (1) and (2).
