Job summary

CVS Health - Oak Street Health is seeking a Sr. Manager to own end-to-end data governance for the Preferred Network across multiple centers. You will lead data accuracy, eligibility criteria, and data pipelines through Epic migrations, partnering with vendor data teams and field care teams.

You will drive high-impact data-quality initiatives, manage external relationships, and mentor analysts while ensuring the network reliably supports patient care and cost management goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare data or network operations, with value-based care background preferred.
• Hands-on ownership of provider/facility data validation and maintenance at scale.
• Strong SQL and ability to build data pipelines independently (Snowflake/Alteryx/Dataiku).
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
• Comfort with evolving source-of-truth systems and escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own Preferred Network operations and data governance end-to-end.
• Define eligibility criteria and oversee data accuracy across the network.
• Rebuild data/infrastructure pipelines for evolving Epic-based workflows.
• Lead vendor relationships for claims-based scoring and directory data.
• Mentor one to two analysts on data/network-operations best practices.
• Ensure referrals and network utilization are accurate and high-performing.
