Job summary

CVS Health in Colorado is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes. You will design, implement and maintain health information systems, and analyse quality data to inform decision making.

You will also support regulatory reporting and contribute to HEDIS strategy, working with clinical, operations and quality leadership to drive performance improvements across NCQA/Medicare metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of statistical analysis experience with data interpretation.
• 3+ years with Excel, PowerPoint and dashboard tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in managed care or Medicare/Medicaid environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality data management, regulatory reporting, and analytics.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau).
• Define data models and statistical methodologies for analysis.
• Translate findings into business insights to drive improvements.
• Support regulatory reporting and NCQA/HEDIS performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations and quality leadership.
