Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes. You will design, implement, and maintain health information systems, conduct quantitative analyses, and support regulatory reporting including HEDIS strategy to optimize performance.

You will lead dashboards and data models, communicate insights to executives and operational teams, and collaborate with clinical, operations and quality leadership to close performance gaps

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and/or PowerBI.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads quality data management, regulatory reporting and analytics.
• Designs dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
• Conducts data modeling and statistical methodologies for reliable analyses.
• Translates findings into actionable business insights for quality improvement.
• Supports NCQA, HEDIS and Medicare Stars measurement initiatives.
