Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Preferred Network Data Governance to own data quality, network eligibility, and verification processes across our expanding Epic-based systems.

You will lead end-to-end data integrity initiatives and partner with care teams to ensure accurate provider and facility information. You will manage one to two analysts, collaborate with vendor data and internal teams, and drive improvements that keep referrals accurate and network performance high while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare data or network operations.
• Hands-on provider/facility directory data experience at scale.
• Strong SQL and ability to build data pipelines independently.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance for the Preferred Network and ensure data integrity.
• Define eligibility criteria in partnership with claims-data vendor.
• Oversee provider data accuracy and network verification processes.
• Rebuild data pipelines and support evolving data infrastructure post‑Epic.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional internal partnerships.
