Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sr. Manager to own and accelerate Preferred Network data governance across our 230 centers.

You will lead end-to-end data-quality initiatives, define eligibility criteria, and supervise provider and facility data integrity within Epic workflows. This hands-on role partners with data management, engineering and informatics, manages vendor relationships, and drives operational improvements to ensure accurate referrals, network coverage, and high-performing outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare data or network operations; value-based care preferred.
• Hands-on experience with provider or facility directory data at scale.
• Strong SQL and ability to build and maintain data pipelines independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Preferred Network data governance and eligibility criteria.
• Lead data-quality initiatives and operational improvements; partner with Lead Director for referrals.
• Manage vendor relationships for claims-based network scoring and provider-directory data.
