This role drives governance, issue resolution, and process improvements to support regulatory compliance and customer experience.

The position emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with IT and analytics, and delivery of reliable outputs for downstream operations in a complex health services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex health care data and identify root causes.
• Experience investigating and resolving provider data issues across systems.
• Strong communication skills to translate issues into business risk and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure accurate operational outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, claims, compliance, and IT to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
