Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior manager to lead attribution and provider data governance for Medicaid operations. You will partner with provider data teams, IT, analytics, and compliance to ensure accurate data and reliable downstream outputs.

The role requires strong analytics tools experience (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Medicaid, managed care, provider data, or healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with provider data governance, attribution, and data quality controls.
• Ability to translate operational issues into business risk and actions.
• Experience using QNXT or Medicaid data warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation.
• Identify defects, root causes, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for data ops.
