CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead provider data integrity, attribution governance, and related operational controls within Medicaid operations. You will act as a key liaison across provider relations, data management, IT, analytics, and claims to ensure accuracy and reliability across downstream systems.

You will partner with plan leaders, network teams, and technology partners to drive process improvements, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience translating complex operational issues into clear business risk and action plans.
• Experience with provider data issues, including discrepancies across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead provider data integrity, attribution governance, and related operational controls for Medicaid operations.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, and technology partners to deliver projects supporting regulatory requirements and customer experience.
• Maintain governance routines and cross functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
