Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medicaid provider data governance and attribution operations. You will partner across health plan, network, IT, analytics, and claims teams to ensure accurate data, robust controls, and reliable downstream processes.

You will drive process improvements, manage data quality issues, and oversee governance routines to support regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with provider data governance and operational controls.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across IT, analytics, claims and operations.
• Experience investigating provider data issues, identifiers, affiliations, and contractual relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, and technology partners to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
