Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing for ABA providers. This in-person role in El Segundo requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

You will handle initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and maintain CAQH provider profiles, while coordinating with Recruitment, HR, Onboarding, Compliance, and Hiring Managers to meet deadlines and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not necessary.
• At least one year of Credentialing/Data Entry Experience.
• Experience with insurance networks, healthcare credentialing, or ABA providers preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end credentialing and enrollment processes for ABA providers with contracted health plans.
• Process and track initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for clinicians across insurance networks.
• Maintain credentialing files including licenses and certifications.
• Manage provider profiles in CAQH and ensure data accuracy.
