Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for ABA providers across networks. You will maintain CAQH profiles, track statuses, and ensure timely submissions while coordinating with Recruitment, HR, Compliance, and Hiring Managers.

Ideal candidates have a year of credentialing or data entry experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAQH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary.
• At least one year of Credentialing/Data Entry Experience.
• Experience with insurance networks, healthcare credentialing, or ABA providers preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
• Excellent customer service and communication via phone and email.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data management systems such as CAQH.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for ABA providers with contracted health plans.
• Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications across multiple networks.
• Maintain provider credentialing files (licenses, certifications, documentation).
• Manage provider profiles in CAQH and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor statuses, follow up on items, and meet deadlines and payer requirements.
• Respond to internal/external requests for credentialing information promptly.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Onboarding, Compliance, and Hiring Managers on timelines.
• Liaise with vendors, payors, and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and trackers; support audits.
• Develop, update, and improve credentialing processes and SOPs.
• Provide administrative support across credentialing operations.
