Behavior Frontiers, an ABA treatment leader, seeks a Credentialing Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing for providers in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will handle submissions, maintain licenses and certifications, and ensure data accuracy in CAQH and internal trackers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task across systems. In-person, El Segundo location with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare credentialing or ABA provider credentialing.
• Experience with insurance networks and credentialing processes.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Detail oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for ABA providers with contracted health plans.
• Process and track credentialing and re-credentialing applications across multiple networks.
• Maintain up-to-date provider credentialing files (licenses, certifications, docs).
• Manage provider profiles in CAQH and other databases for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor statuses and follow up to meet deadlines and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Onboarding, Compliance, and Hiring Managers.
