Job summary

The MetroHealth System seeks an experienced professional to manage all provider data from the MD Staff Credentialing Software and to oversee demographics and data required by multiple managed care companies and regulatory entities.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in academic professional affairs.
• At least five years of Academic Professional Affairs Office experience.
• Minimum of one year of credentialing and privileging experience.
• Experience in a Medical Staff Office.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all provider data from the MD Staff Credentialing Software.
• Create and manage provider demographics and data for 45+ managed care companies and regulatory entities.
• Assist in credentialing data audits and validation of data in the MD Staff system.
• Manage data for department chairs and service line directors.
• Navigate appointments, promotions and tenure duties as assigned by CWRU School of Medicine and CWRU School of Dentistry.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
