Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field; equivalent combination allowed.
• Minimum five years in Academic Professional Affairs Office.
• Minimum one year credentialing and privileging experience.
• Experience in a Medical Staff Office.
• Experience with Medical Terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages all provider data from MD Staff Credentialing Software.
• Creates and manages provider demographics for 45+ managed care companies.
• Assists in credentialing data audits and validation.
• Manages internal data flow to department chairs and service line directors.
• Navigates appointments, promotions and tenure duties for CWRU medical and dental schools.
