Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Contract Manager to serve as the subject matter expert supporting contracting initiatives and data audits to strengthen our provider networks while meeting accessibility, compliance, quality, and financial goals.

You will review, build, and audit complex contract data, collaborate on negotiations, and help recruit providers to expand network capacity, all while aligning with federal and state regulations and NCQA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and contracting options.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, review contracts and handle dispute resolution with providers.
• Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability and financial goals.
• Recruit providers to expand and maintain network adequacy.
• Collaborate on provider compensation, pricing, and reimbursement modeling.
• Identify and help manage cost issues and support cost-saving initiatives.
