Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience negotiating, executing, and ensuring regulatory compliance for complex contracts.
• At least 3 years in provider-facing roles with executive-level relationship management.
• Strong data analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value contracting efforts across professional, facility, vendor, and ancillary providers.
• Negotiate service level agreements and monitor vendor performance via KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, education, and ongoing communication with provider network.
• Identify operational improvements and drive data-driven solutions across contracts and relationships.
• Act as SME and mentor for staff while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
