Job summary

Pear Suite is seeking a Community Marketing Specialist to own the CHW community across acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. You will partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to craft meaningful experiences for CHWs, CBOs, payers, and healthcare partners.

You'll develop activation and education programs, manage CRM campaigns in HubSpot, and lead ambassador initiatives through webinars, events, and social content while collaborating with Marketing to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years in community management or growth marketing.
• Experience with influencer marketing and social platforms.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and reporting.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work remotely with limited oversight.
• Passion for community health and AI in marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition strategies across organic, referrals, partnerships, influencer sourcing, and paid channels.
• Grow strategic segments such as CHWs, CBOs, payers, and healthcare organizations.
• Manage CHW sourcing initiatives and optimize acquisition with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to activation, education, and retention across the CHW lifecycle.
• Manage CRM lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot to onboard and re-engage CHW customers.
• Develop community initiatives via webinars, newsletters, events, and educational campaigns.
• Create social media content campaigns with Communications and align with CHW engagement goals.
