PwC is seeking a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant at Senior Manager level to lead clinical modernization efforts for healthcare clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, advise on operating model design, and drive transformation initiatives using Epic and Cerner to support care delivery and patient experience.

Responsibilities include leading large workstreams, analyzing performance metrics, and developing client communications and workshops.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of healthcare operations consulting experience preferred.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary projects.

Mansioni

Lead clinical operations modernization for healthcare providers, aligning workflow redesign with patient access and capacity.
Advise on operating model design, service delivery models, and process improvements for care quality and reimbursement goals.
Translate Epic and Cerner capabilities into practical workflow changes across clinical and operational teams.
Guide large project workstreams from planning through execution, balancing scope, timing, risks and resources.
Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and drive improvement actions.
Coordinate cross-functional input to resolve operational issues and advance transformation initiatives.
Apply change management methods to support adoption of new processes and tools.
Develop client presentations and executive updates to communicate priorities and findings.
