Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Decision Support Analyst, Provider Analytics to partner with physician leadership and operations to drive data-driven decisions. You will develop compensation models, incentive calculations, and productivity dashboards to support performance initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of healthcare analytics experience. Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, economics, information systems, data analytics, statistics, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of healthcare analytics or decision support experience preferred.
• Experience with physician/provider compensation models preferred.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/SAP BO/ Epic SlicerDicer) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical provider and clinic operations through data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain compensation models, incentive calculations, and productivity dashboards.
• Translate complex healthcare, financial, and operational data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide limited analytical support related to provider contracts and health system agreements.
