Responsibilities

• Participates in the ongoing evaluation, enhancement and development of physician compensation strategies and models, aligning with organizational goals and incentives.
• Provides analytic and reporting support for the administration of all components of the physician compensation program.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets and maintains cost accounting and utilization procedures.
• Develops and maintains monthly financial, workforce, and statistical analyses and dashboards.
• Implements systems for distributing and receiving statistical information and prepares quarterly/annual statements.
