Job Accountabilities
  • Interface with executive and physician leadership.
  • Collaborate with professional and technical teams to pinpoint issues, achieve objectives and improve performance.
  • Audit multiple systems and data for reasonableness and investigate variances
  • Benchmark business operations relative to established best practices and internal business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain moderate-to extremely complex computer programs using 4GL programming languages (such as SAS, R, SQL) and other database technology (DB2, Teradata, and Oracle).

Job Qualifications

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance or related field is required or 10 years experience in financial role in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau highly desired.
  • Understanding of healthcare coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS, UB-04, HCPCS, MS DRG, CPT, etc.).
  • Ability to write SQL and other coding languages a plus.
  • Familiarity with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement.
  • Experience with Strata financial suite.
Pay Transparency

The hourly rate range for this position is $84,365.00 - $138,330.00 .

The Senior Decision Support Analyst bridges the gap between complex data and business strategy.
