Job summary

SCP Health in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Data and Performance Analytics professional to analyze provider performance data and support incentive plans across facilities. You will partner with clinicians and operations to drive compensation outcomes and maintain accurate incentive records.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with payroll and SOX processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider performance data and recommend opportunities to Data and Performance Analytics leadership.
• Provide reporting to clinicians and Operations on performance and outcomes of compensation plans.
• Maintain facility-specific incentive plan records (pay rates, hours of coverage, NPPA involvement).
• Review provider contracts to extract information used to process incentive plans.
• Coordinate with Data and Performance Analytics leadership for problem resolution and to answer provider questions.
• Work with payroll to ensure accuracy of provider compensation and meet deadlines.
