Job summary
Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Decision Support Analyst, Provider Analytics to support clinical operations through data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement. You will partner with physician leadership, operations, and finance to develop compensation models, incentive calculations, and dashboards that drive provider decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in healthcare analytics, with strong Excel and BI tool skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Experience in healthcare analytics, decision support, or BI is preferred.
- Experience with physician compensation models is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compensation models and incentive calculations.
- Produce productivity reporting and performance dashboards.
- Translate healthcare, financial, and operational data into insights for leadership.
- Support provider contracts and health system agreements as needed.
