Job summary

Mobile Medical in Tampa, FL seeks a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide independent, in-home primary care with a flexible schedule. This provider-based role lets you structure your day without rigid clinic hours while delivering high-quality care directly to patients where they are most comfortable.

You will meet patients in their homes, build meaningful relationships, assess needs, and improve outcomes with comprehensive care plans and coordination with physicians and teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an NP specialty (adult, family, or geriatric).
• Current National Board Certification (APRN).
• Current professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population.
• Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Education

Position Overview

As a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide independent, in-home primary care services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently—without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.

You’ll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.
