Job summary

Mobile Medical in Tampa, FL is seeking a Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide independent in-home primary care services. This role offers a flexible schedule, no rigid clinic hours, and autonomy to design your day while delivering high-quality patient care.

You will assess, treat, and educate patients in their homes, collaborate with physicians, and maintain thorough documentation with support from our team and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited APN program.
• Current National Board Certification (APRN).
• Current professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
• Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Education

Master's Degree from an accredited Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program

Position Overview

As a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide independent, in-home primary care services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently - without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.

You'll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.
