Job summary

Mobile Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide independent, in-home primary care with flexible scheduling. This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, quality care, and work-life balance, enabling clinicians to design their daily workflow outside traditional clinic hours.

Applicants should have a Master’s NP and current APRN certification, with the ability to practice independently and deliver patient-centered care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification (APRN).
• Current professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent in-home primary care assessments.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations.
• Review histories and develop individualized care plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Prescribe medications and educate patients/caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Position Overview

As a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner (APRN), you will provide independent, in-home primary care services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently—without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.

You’ll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
