Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Boise, ID is seeking an Engineering Technician to join the Engineering Operations team, supporting prototype development and test activities.

You will work hands-on with electro-mechanical systems, use oscilloscopes and signal generators, and follow technical documentation to ensure accurate test results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting engineering test and troubleshooting for electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to follow schematics, diagrams and defined test plans.
• Experience working from technical documentation to ensure test accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities for prototype electo-mechanical systems and test equipment.
• Test and checkout using schematics, diagrams, and defined plans.
• Perform fault isolation and assist in remedying malfunctions.
• Assist in design and checkout of test equipment for development.
• Operate oscilloscopes, signal generators, and diagnostic gear for test programs.
