Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, agricultural or technician experience or job training.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Fundamental knowledge of testing procedures and limits for machinery.
• Basic troubleshooting and component testing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create prototype parts and electrical harnesses for existing machine components.
• Perform tests on various Vermeer machines and systems.
• Assist with production implementation of tested components.
• Organize and inspect parts for engineering purposes.
• Document and record test reports, challenges and changes to components.
