Qualifications

• Two+ years in medical device development or related field.
• Experience with fixture/tooling design and prototyping.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors for quality and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and quality in all work.
• Technical degree (AA, certificate) or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Gage R&R, DOE, SPC, or stress/strain analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prototypes per design plan.
• Test prototypes and document results per instructions.
• Assist engineering teams in obtaining supplies and services.
• Communicate assignment status to project engineers.
• Train others on new product processes and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with quality requirements.
• Ensure testing uses current validated methods per standards.
