Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 5y technician exp
• Bachelor's degree with 3y technician exp
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing)
• Team player with knowledge of tooling and testing equipment

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds tooling, fixtures and assembly equipment.
• Develops test and assembly procedures.
• Investigates and analyzes product and assembly problems.
• May supervise technicians and lab staff.
• Prepares test specimens and records data.
• Writes reports and extracts data from various reports.
