Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years in medical device development or related field.
• Experience with fixture/tooling design and prototyping.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors for quality and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and quality in all work.
• Technical degree (AA, certificate) or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Gage R&R, DOE, SPC, or stress/strain analysis.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling prototypes and products according to the design plan.
• Testing prototypes following engineering instructions and documenting test results.
• Assisting engineering teams in obtaining supplies and services.
• Communicating assignment status to project engineers.
• Training others on new product processes and procedures.
• Building quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
• Ensuring products are tested using the most current, validated methods and processes, with documentation completed correctly per GLP and QS standards.
