Job summary

Flexfab in the United States seeks a Test Lab Tech for a 4-6 month assignment to support the R&D laboratory in prototype testing. You will handle test setup, hands-on testing, select equipment and methods, and create test reports.

You will also contribute to basic fixture build, equipment troubleshooting, and test data collection, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or high school degree required.
• Strong attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
• Basic troubleshooting and fixture-building skills; able to work independently.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support testing activities under the direction of the R&D Test Lab Supervisor.
• Prepare test samples and organize test setups.
• Design and build fixtures required for test preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of test data and results; participate in meetings.
