Position Summary: 4-6 month assignment - Test Lab Tech

The Test Lab Temp supports the R&D laboratory in prototype testing. This role is responsible for test setup, hands-on testing, selecting appropriate equipment and test methods, and creating test reports. This position also contributes to basic fixture build, equipment‑troubleshooting, and test data collection and documentation to support creating test reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work under direction of R&D Test Lab Supervisor to support testing activities.
• Display a professional and collaborative attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Read, interpret and apply testing specifications, standards and requirements accurately to ensure proper test setup execution.
• Prepare and organize test samples before testing.

Success Measures

• Test setups and results are consistently accurate, with minimal errors or rework required.
