Job summary

CompoSecure seeks an R&D Technician to execute manufacturing operations on prototype samples and document process parameters for repeatability. You will work under the Prototype Supervisor, performing machine setup, changeovers, and a range of processing steps while maintaining high quality and reporting issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years' experience in a lab or production setting, an associate degree, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing or prototype environment.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and in a team.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing functions on research and prototype orders.
• Set up, shut down, and changeover of machines and processes.
• Document parameters, recipes, and attributes for repeatable operations.
• Perform quality checks and final inspection; assist researchers as needed.
• Maintain inventory, update project status, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
