Job summary

CompoSecure seeks an R&D Technician to execute manufacturing tasks on research and prototype orders, document parameters and recipes, and ensure quality and repeatability of processes. The role involves machine set-up, changeover, and operating various fabrication steps within the prototype group.

You will support research engineers, coordinate with team members, and maintain inventory while adhering to safety and process standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented.
• Able to follow procedures and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing functions on research and prototype orders.
• Machine set-up, changeover, and related operations.
• Document parameters, recipes, and quality issues.
• Assist research engineers and coordinate with the prototype group.
• Maintain inventory and update project status tracking software.
