Job summary

Raytheon’s Bike Shop in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Prototype Planner Section Leader to lead a team of about 15 planners. You will perform BOM analysis, procure components, generate material status reports, and manage kitting requests, while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets.

You will work with SAP/PRISM, Common PDM, MatTrak, and RAYTrak, supervise performance and career development, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with prototype planning.
• Working knowledge of SAP/PRISM for material procurement.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide material and labor estimates for planner work and conduct bid reviews.
• Provide engineering review of new requests and redline documentation.
• Lead monthly team meetings that provide communication, flow down and training.

• Help employees create and implement career growth and training plans.
• Conduct performance impact discussions.
