You will maintain precise inventory records, coordinate with engineers, and push for process improvements while upholding strict security guidelines and meeting weekly deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Associate degree with relevant experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years in security, policing, or U.S. military preferred.
• Experience with inventory tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prototypes are delivered to engineers safely and tracked.
• Receive secure shipments, update global tracking database, distribute prototypes.
• Refine processes, keep stockroom/library organized, track item locations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
• Audit and implement security policies with teammates.
• Occasional driving between sites; meet multiple deadlines weekly.
