Trident Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Specialist in Minden, NV for one of our clients, a global leader in business and technology services. The role focuses on ordering parts and managing physical inventory for facilities and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and strong organizational skills to manage spare parts, procurement, supplier communications, and inventory records using MS Office and maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years relative experience.
• Experience with procurement and stock of spare parts.
• Familiar with maintenance management software (Accruent).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Order parts and manage physical inventory for facilities and maintenance teams.
• Maintain spare parts within limited floor space.
• Interface with suppliers to ensure quality, service, and delivery targets.
• Procurement and stock of inventory for active repair cases.
• Manage credit card and expense reporting.
• Arrange travel (hotel and transportation).
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Manage tools with calibration requirements.
• Manage forklift certifications.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area.
• Familiar with maintenance management software (Accruent).
• Understand predictive maintenance management.
