Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Technician to manage the flow of high-value prototype assets across the supply chain, supporting inbound and outbound logistics and ensuring accurate handling, tracking, and delivery of sensitive equipment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accountability, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, while maintaining professional client support and precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams and clients.
• Provide on-site support and ensure secure packaging and labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and traceability.
• Monitor SRT/task queues to meet service levels.
• Process product returns with proper documentation.
• Perform monthly inventory audits.
